yep and it looks like eye appeal is playing a big factor. Last week PWCC sold one for 408,000, that one was dead center. the one on Goldin was off top to bottom....

heritage sports auction closed a few hours ago. some of those closing prices was a pure shock. almost 50% discount. some great deals on some jordan inserts...but who knows what a deal is anymore...
