The average Joe can't afford to send in bulk + pay for the membership to get that price. So the price is $25 to grade w/ PSA. Not including shipping, which is $10 to send and $19 to get back.

Of all my CSG slabs, so far only one has been sleeved, and it's a 1971 Topps Bench. Meanwhile the other cards I got slabbed including other cards in 1971 Topps aren't. So odd.
