This has to be hurting their submissions. I feel like they are just losing momentum in general. Maybe I am wrong. Gemrate data will be interesting at the end of this month.

I agree. While I'm obviously just one person who only submitted around 150 cards with them, my membership expires today and I never even considered renewing it after all of the online issues that they have. I assume I won't be the only one who feels this way.

It is sad to say, but they have definitely lost momentum and will likely not get it back anytime soon. My PC will always be in CSG slabs because they are by far superior to the other big 4. The unknown item and zero points is ridiculous.

I'm assuming people already know this, but in case it's not common knowledge: My membership expired yesterday. I could have renewed at the Premium Level for $129, but I chose not to. Today, I got a "We want you back" email offering me a Premium Level membership for $99. This includes the $150 in grading credits. Hopefully this helps some people save $30.

I think its comical to hear people talk about not wanting to use CSG anymore because of "online" points and registry ... Sure that may be a nice plus to some folks, but is it not about your card in a nice slab at your house graded appropriately and in a timely manner or is so much so about the digital aspect ... I mean if thats the case go buy NFTs.

The slab is the meat, the digital stuff is the potatoes and it seems your more concerned whether or not you have salt on the potatoes.

I think most would agree that a transparent pop report is important to have.

More importantly, what type of sociopath doesn't put salt on potatoes???

Pop reports are critical, not just for the fun of competing, but more important to determine which cards have the most difficulty gemming.

Oddly enough, it is the grading itself that keeps me fully going all in with CSG. I just don't trust their grading from 80's on back. I am also still stung a bit from the overly harsh grades they did for me with surface (green label stuff). I get they have changed and softened things back up, but the stigma is still there.

I guess I am a huge sociopath. If I am cooking at home, I don't put salt on anything. I get enough sodium intake whenever eating at a restaurant or packaged food.

My sub ends in 14 days, but I am not grading right now. Will let it run out and maybe will grade in 2024 again. Going to collect raw for the rest of this year or buy already slabbed cards.

I am still grading my Kaprizov PC, big one going to them soon. I bought a csg 10 recently. Best of both worlds. My preferred slab for $300 discount.

I think most would agree that Rome wasn't built in a day.

I just dont think we will be seeing these problems in another year. Perhaps I have more faith then most.

In another year, CSG will still be one of the Big 4 and still have the best looking slabs of the 4.

Well I hope not. But when the pop report went down in February, did you think in May it would still not be functional? I’m just having a hard time understanding what the issue is. And CSG certainly isn’t helping.

The PSA guys get so bored in their PSA threads, they have to come to the CGS, SGC, and BGS threads and doo doo on those grading companies. You'd think with PSA being so amazing, they wouldn't care about these other fly by night grading companies, but here we are. I've learned to ignore them.

I do believe their pop report is working now. My last 2 orders including one from a couple weeks ago is showing now.

Edit: cards I graded thru COMC not showing yet so they must be playing catchup. At least there is some movement now.

My grades popped. The vintage cards are showing in the registry with images, as well in the Pop report. The ultra modern are not.

Second batch of grades dropped. Super pleased with the Zac Gallen Purple refractor Auto getting a 9.5.

So what is the big news CSG is planning for 6/20? They posted something big is happening on Twitter.

Maybe a reduction in cost or removing fees for autos/thick holders.
