This is a 1980 Topps card, and you’re looking at it under like 5x magnification. This is about as good as it gets for the issue, and I’m saying that as someone who owns an SGC 10 and several PSA 9s....

This is a Rosen find card. As you can see, it's a mint card with a top/bottom centering shift. The centering is at worst exactly 70/30 based on my measurements.

If a card has perfect corners, edges, and surfaces, and centering is no worse than 60/40 on the front and 75/25 on the back, do the PSA grading standards say this card must be a 10 or is there still...
