1980 Topps baseball centering question

Top-bottom centering for this issue is measured by using the distance from the top of the player's name (as opposed to the top of the flag next to the player's name) to the top edge of the card as the top border, correct?

Probably just easier to look at a PSA 10.... But looks like the top of the flag...

It should be the top of the flag to the bottom of the border and the outer edges of the flags for left to right - centering is generally measured using the furthest points of the design.

Wow I really surprised that the left side of the flag is where centering is measured from. Are you sure about that? Measuring from there makes the card look off center significantly left to right

Looks centered for me using the left side of the yellow flag to the right of the green A's flag
