Duncan Castles posted the tweet on Lamela and Lo Celso, and it has since been deleted. I believe the general consensus is that someone fed him some bs and he ran with it. If Coco and GLC tested positive, they wouldn't be the only ones isolating.

Duncan Castles is known for posting garbage. He nearly quit twitter a few years ago and had a meltdown after posting up countless "ITK" garbage about Leeds. Welched out of a bet he took with a fan too which would have benefited charity.

Anyways, I agree with your overall point that there need to be more harsh punishments. That sounds ridiculous coming out of my mouth knowing the potential long-term cardiovascular implications that have been linked to the virus, but I suppose that's where we are now. You'd assume the health risks would serve as enough of a deterrent.

Lampard well and truly found out now. Lovely stuff.

Every team below them down to 12th on better runs of form. That's what happens when you spend half a billion on individuals and not a team.

Please Roman, please... just another £350 million

Mitrovic's antics didn't directly result in the cancellation of the game - he tested negative, however there's been too many reports of PL players not being able to quite manage what should seem so simple.

I hope not, watching them slide down the league is great.

He should never have been appointed in the first place...only had one year of managing experience, in the Championship at that.

If he hadn't been a Chelsea star and fan favorite, he never would have been considered.

Star players rarely make good managers, because they can't relate to the less talented players in their squad.

It's not about relating, 90% of Chelsea's squad are star players. Lampard was a brilliant player, but he wasn't an enigma that operated on the field using 4D chess like Zidane or Messi.

The problem comes with disciplining players that are almost in your age group. They are "one of the lads", "the boys" even if he doesn't outwardly show it in interviews.

Thats what they get in being over confident and not starting Lewandowski.

Team be mid table by now without him with how crap they play.

Confirming what pretty much every English football fan has known for ever..

Clattenburg admits to referee bias towards Man Utd

The headline was about Jurgen Klopp’s “hypocrisy” after he questioned Manchester United’s recent penalty record, but most shocking was Mark Clattenburg’s admission of referee bias at Old Trafford.

The former Premier League referee said Klopp was wrong to have a go at United’s players as his own are just as culpable when it comes to trying to win penalties.

“The likes of Mo Salah and (Sadio) Mane are just as capable of employing similar tactics"

But then, almost as an afterthought, in an attempt to evidence his assertions, Clattenburg outright admitted that referees were biased towards Manchester United, particularly in Sir Alex Ferguson’s era at Old Trafford.

Don’t worry though, that bias has “eased”…

“He is wrong to suggest there is an aura around United that sees them given favourable decisions. There used to be when Fergie was there, but that has eased massively since he left.”

Dirty, scummy club.

Lol, cry more. Clattenburg publicaly admitted that he allowed more extra time for city for the 6- 1 match, also we will be third this season with the favourable decisions while liverpool will be 10th with westham if they didnt have any penalities.

You don't do yourself any favours with childish replies.

If you can't see the problem with match officials admitting that they let Manchester United get away with fouls and decisions to give them an advantage over every other team in the league over a period of a decade then you're either a troll or just a muppet.

Have you ever been to Old Trafford?

Yes i have been too, are you gonna come up with the line “ if you are not from manchester then you should not support manchester united “ . Or “ all other supporters from outside the country are plastics” . Manchester united had a lot of success from the 90’s and there are a lot of supporters for them worldwide, deal with it.

And everybody hates leeds united.

not here to add argument, just to to add input, but that is why things like this happens
https://www.sportbible.com/football/...weeks-20160831

If you go to Manchester, historically its majority City fans, and I'm talking years and years before the money take over. My aunt married into a British family from Manchester and he said its like 10-1 City vs United fans.

Yes Manchester United are probably the most bandwagoned team. That is all.

Team definitely needs a shake up. Maybe they can promote him to mascot and have him wear a lion suit on the sidelines.

Liverpool are really struggling....lost 0-1 at home to Burnley....can't score a goal to save their life right now.
