That's an impressive set up!

I just finished a bottle of Bulleit cask strength, and I was quite impressed.

Favorites are definitely still Buffalo Trace (cheap) and Woodford Double-Oaked.

Side note, I've started sipping gin lately. Huge fan now. Martin Miller's Westbourne Strength is phenomenal.

The Costco near me had some Eagle Rare and Blantons again. Been since beginning of August that they last had any.

Wish our Costco sold liquor here. I went to one in New Orleans and they had eagle rare. Picked that up and a bottle of Kirkland 21 year old scotch. They didn’t have Blantons though.

Really enjoyed the Blantons will be buying a couple more bottles for the bar. Grabbed a bottle of Whistlepig The Boss Hog The Samurai Scientist. Pretty pricey, but it did not disappoint. Not sure if I would buy another because of the price.

Try Blantons Red (Japanese version) if you ever get a chance. Un-freaking real how tasty it is.

This might have something to do with it? I remembered it when you said it was hard to find...

Added the following:
Sagamore Spirit Cognac Finish
Hudson Whiskey Baby Bourbon
High West Distillery Bourye Limited Sighting
Jeffersons Reserve Pritchard Hill Cab Cask Finish

The Jefferson's is killer. Has a taste of espresso and chocolate.

You should try out Monkey 47 Gin. I like it a lot although I'm more of a mix with tonic (Fever Tree) guy than one who sips it.

I was the same way until my taste developed. Regular Evan Williams is more of a mixing bourbon and not a sipping bourbon. Crown use to be a good go to whiskey because it was sweet and smooth, after drinking a lot of different bourbons and scotches crown is just boring to me now although I really like their new peach line.
