For the record, I hate westbricks play and not him.
He wears great outfits and being a social welfare major I'm ecstatic to see his choice in clothing. He's so sporatic and everywhere it's insane. Reminds me of how he balls. He doesn't care about what you think, it's all him; everyday and all day.
I admire it, but I don't like it.

Hey. Do you, man. If it makes you sleep easier at night, more power to ya. His success obviously threatens you in some way. Nobody called him the GOAT except for yourself.

Keep reaching.

So I looked. 8 Of my 46 comments here were in a GS thread. This is my 10th post in this thread. Only one of with my comments here mentioned gs cause you called me a homer. I have no investment in GS. I don't care if they win the title or not. I like them better than CLe. I have no idea what that has to do with my assessment of westbrook. But yup i'm a gs homer.

Perhaps I'm just so detached from having tunnel vision on my home team...I just like watching exciting players perform at transcendent levels. Even the best players have their weaknesses and faults. Well...let me rephrase that...except for Michael Jordan.
That's what I don't get either...I absolutely don't like what Durant did, but I'm not going to blind to his talent. He's still an amazing MVP type player. Just wish if he was going to bolt, he'd a bolted to a team he can lead on his own. He should've been the type of talent that could carry a team to a title, not join an already loaded team and I don't even mean him staying in OKC.

You may be right. After reading this board for seven years though I think all the majority care about is hobby investment. Theres not much to discuss on the nuggets except jokic and maybe murray. Feel like a thread would be me talking to myself ha ha

And how many other comments have you had in the basketball section?

Right.

Like I said dude. If it helps your endorphins move around, then have at it. I'm just saying, your motives are pretty transparent and perfectly one-sided. I'd have an easier time believing the prince of nigeria has a $20 million dollar check in my name if I just wire him $10,000 to release the trust fund.

You have no point to make basketball wise.. please move on otherwise. Really I don't care about this board. Haven't spent more than a dollar on basketball cards in the last 20 years. I have no investment. I want denver to win the title. If it's CLE-GS then I want GS to win. Last year I was at a bob dylan concert at red rocks during game 7. I looked at my phone saw Cle won and put it down. If it happens the same way this year ok. I don't care.

Yeah. Obviously the big Denver dude.

I mean, god forbid you actually chime in to the Jokic thread that's been on the front page for the past week. Heck, even I created a Murray thread about a month back.

There's nothing wrong with embracing your true self. You should try it sometime, man.

Is westbrook having a good individual season? Yup. Is he 105th in best field goal percentage? Yup. Does he have the 2nd most turnovers per game? Yup. Does that make me a GS homer? Apparently even though I'm a denver nuggets fan.

I have no idea what that last sentence means. Please stop trying to be my therapist and argue against my points basketball wise. Again I've read this board for 7 years and have only responded 50 or so times. My only post in the jokic thread would have been "amazing passes glad to have this guy here and progressing. My post in the murray thread would have been "get this guy consistent minutes and see where he goes". Since you've taken on my role as board therapist please feel free to copy and past them in the appropriate threads. I'm sure the discussion will take right off.

While conveniently leaving out "but this guy averages 4.4 fouls per 36 minutes which is an alarming 7th among active NBA starters?"

Well it's good we've at least established your impartialness baseline.

His shooting numbers looked bad tonight, but it was mainly the 3rd quarter that did it.
He was on fire the first half, and struggled the start of the 2nd half. I think he was in like an 0-10 stretch with 2 points from FT. But in the clutch he came back on.

Hit a late 3, Then hit some go ahead FTs and then of course the game winner. Like 11 of OKCs final 13 points.

Thank you for pointing that out. That is alarming and too high. If thats his biggest red flag hopefully he can work on it as he's quite young. And hopefully denver can resign him as they desperately need a superstar caliber player who is willing to stick around. Their roster is filled with above average potential players but as we know the leauge is superstar driven. And thanks for not acting like my therapist in the last post ha ha.

You 2 are two peas in a pod. Looking at your collecting goals you are also all over the place.

Hate the game, not the players.

My collecting goals are long term. Cost effective and relatively cheap for what I want to do - set collect. I honestly don't know how you can say my collecting goals are all over the place. I don't collect newer stuff and I enjoy what I enjoy. I've collected these sets for about 3 years now and I pick up items when I can.

Shitty shooting night, but another win and 3rd straight 3D.

Wins coming since Adams got back... Numbers continuing to flow. Still can't believe he's not an All-Star starter when averaging a triple-double.

But Stephanie can pull up from 40. ... And he's relatable to people.... Whatever the hell that means...

Westbrick was carried by his teammates tonight
7-22 shooting and 8 TO's

I still admire the W though. There's no doubt Russ has the heart and major talent.

As for the AS game, it's popularity. I actually think westbrick is easier to replicate than Steph. You can't teach a shooter to make this many shots without straight talent.

Westbrook haters gonna love the news that Kanter might have fractured his hand by punching a chair in this game

Now why did Borat go and do that?

Now Chucky is going to shoot 45 times per game
