Nice hit, I bought three blisters (out of 9 or 10, didn't want to linger long) and I pulled a Mike Evans Jumbo jersey Relic Auto, not too flashy, but it beats all base. No numbered cards at all.

This stuff seems really loaded. So are the Chrome Hobby at WM. I bought one at my nearest and hit a gold auto then bought one at another and hit another gold auto. I'm tempted to buy the rest but my LCS has them for much cheaper.

I will say, it is very difficult to tell if there's a base jersey auto or not, I suspect the patch card packs are mega thick. I only opened a couple boxes of Finest back in August and their exact thickness has long escaped my mind lol.

The Topps Chrome boxes for $69.99? I thought about buying one but again I know nothing about football boxes cause I never buy them so I looked them up on BO and they had them for like $45.

First walmart I didnt do too good(dual jersey from prime, and 2 atomics-Carr and Landry)

But the other walmart I went to after dinner with the ladt yesterday was very rewarding- Latimer Xfractor jumbo patch auto /15, Quad QB patch- all 2 color /10 and a patch of McCarron from Prime along with Bridgewater and Hyde #'d cards.

So I have good and bad stories.

1 Walmart near my work hasnt seen any yet, but I am looking daily. Also taking the trip to 2 other locations today after work. Its been worth the chance for $15 a pop...though im sure by the end of the day today I'll say otherwise haha

Finest patches stick out like a sore thumb, even if you dont look from the side. Prime, I couldnt tell at all. I saw someone on here pulled a booklet out fo them...those you could probably tell pretty easy though I would think. Just got extremely lucky with them after my girl said she liked the look of prime wrappers. She usually has good instincts with other things, so I figured I would take the game on what she said. Turns out the quad patch from prime could get me around $40 from the last completed sael, so pretty happy about that.

At my Walmart the Platinum is $79.98 and the Chrome is $59.98.

They also had a TON (over 10) of Finest blisters. I only had money for one, so I grabbed the front one, and it had a Jordan Matthews patch auto in it. I will probably go back for more of them once I get paid again.

I know not what you speak of. I have seen Blister packs/boxes at Target. Some people are saying $60 boxes of chrome and $80 of something else, at Wal-Mart?

Is the point of these Blister Boxes that you CAN search them? Are people so excited about them because you can see the boxes which have a thick pack or the packs are just seemingly loaded?

I never used to buy the repack of single packs. I wouldn't buy the remaining Target loose packs for 25% of SRP, some Pro searchers around here, so I figured these types of BLister Boxes would be the same, sounds like they come from somewhere else, not recycled from old store stock

EDIT - sorry, didn't mean to quote VW, definitely understand the irony in the packsearching comment. :-)

The Finest ones that I did find yesterday, it was pretty obvious that someone else had been squeezing the packaging. And they were all thin packs so I would guess someone bought the thick ones (if they had any). However, there were 3 auto/GU in them so you can do well even if the packs appear to have been searched (I was pretty happy about that).

I didnt go out of my way to look at any thinckness.

Prime all looks the same for me, and wouldnt hvae even bough them if my girl didnt say try these. The finest was obvious after I had it in hand, still even have the chance to get the case hit on card auto, so I still take the chance even if there are thin ones. You could say those hits could potentially bring bigger $ than the patch autos.

Agreed. It's only fair that people leave the packsearching to the members of packsearchers.com.

Are the Spx ones just as good as Prime? I got 1 auto out of spx of Dri Archer, but other than that got skunked pretty good.

How is it that there are so many hits from these Blister packs? Did Topps hold all these hit from the regular run?

Think about how Finest breaks down and you will realize there is no conspiracy here.

The blister packs are not produced by Topps or UD. A company MJM promotions (if memory serves).

They must have gotten a pretty sweet deal on a huge amount of the products to bust it all out and repack it.

Finest wasn't the best option to repack blister style since the hits are blatantly obvious. UD product has decoys to help mask the hits.

Anyone else actually more frustrated at Topps than excited to see these in stores?

Finest packs containing the jersey patch are so easy to distinguish from normal ones that Topps labeled the ones that actually were intended for Hobby mini boxes as "Not Intended For Individual Sale". In addition to this being a Hobby Only product, it's frustrating to see so many good hits held out of the original print run for these two pack blisters.

I would have preferred if they would have released these in their actual mini boxes for around $40 per if Walmart really has to get in to selling hobby boxes. That way at least everyone would have had a fair shot instead of the first person to the card section cleaning up

You seem confused on a few things. These cards were not held out of the original print run. Topps did not release/manufacture these blister packs.

Just saw this after posting my initial comment. Still would have been nice if they could have specified that the repack company do something to minimize the obvious disparity in pack sizes like I don't know....put them in some sort of box.
