It is very short. I have been trying to get a couple to replace the ones I lost today, no one has them or jumbos are over 600 on a couple places.

I just found out my cases may not make it for tomorrow. Sometimes I just shake my head...

Same here...UPS hasn't updated since they left their origin, should have made at least one stop by now.

Me too. I had some orders for hobby cases and found out late monday that all orders were refunded and canceled.
Someone dropped the ball somewhere and needs to be fired. This is the flagship Topps product here, not Topps Five Star.
Between this and the slate of Friday release dates, someone at Topps is trying awful hard to make sure that collectors have a hard time getting cards.

My one distributor is not even sure they are getting them tomorrow, they said there was a mistake on Topps side or in the delivery channel. The other order was cancelled, they have problems....

Maybe 'unique' isn't the right word ... acetate cards will always have a nostalgic feel to them, so that probably helps add to their value.

Do I go hobby at 660 or jumbo at 570? I know you get more 'hits' in jumbo but im thinking getting 2 or 3 acetates will make up for that. What is a fella to do? Good luck to everyone!

So hobby is the better bet? I think I can get Jumbo boxes for $110 or hobby for $65-$70. What would you do?

What's your big reason why hobby?

My LCS. He orders direct and doesn't really jack up the prices too much.

Acetates. For Series 1 they added huge value. They will for Series 2 as well, especially with chances at the Tanaka and Abreu which will both bring $300-$400. Series 1 only had 1-2 per case but Series 2 will average 2-3.

That's what im thinking...I'm trying to pick Brent's brain since he does 60 or so cases anyway.
