Hey all,

Just wondering what cards would be the "hot" or best base cards from this set?

I bought a blaster and have no idea, besides like Tanaka, who to look for.

Not sure if all RC or SP or if there's others.

Abreu and Tanaka are the two big name rookies in the set.

Glad they made it into the base set, was a little surprised to not see them in any insert sets though. Oh well, Update will be THAT much more loaded.

anybody else having their cases delayed?

mine normally go out monday and i get them wednesday, but i got no shipping confirmation yesterday. so it's thursday at the earliest.

but just judging from what i see from where i order i'm starting to be skeptical if i'll get them this week at all.

One of my suppliers told me it should ship today and they other thought yesterday, but I have not heard anything.

Got tracking from BO yesterday, and it should be here tomorrow.

I know my Wal-Mart doesn't have retail yet…i Just checked yesterday. But then again, they don't have Archives retail yet either. My retail supplier sucks to say the least. They were probably 8 boxes of Heritage, 2 of the boxes where you get 1 graded card and 4 1990 Donruss packs and 3-4 Sage/Press Pass football boxes.

Oh yea, then a bunch of MTG and YGO (about 90% of the rack was filled with that mess).

I got tracking # from BO for my three jumbo cases too yesterday, however right now there is no update other than the label has been created. So I hope it's on its way and will be here tomorrow lol.

Topps or their distribution has messed this one up.
I use two suppliers and one does not have product yet and the other was shorted and had deliveries messed up somehow by another source - not sure what others are hearing.

My gf picked out the packs while I was in the bathroom. I never pick my own packs. She does better.
