OK, so did this happen before or after the incident with the Cingranis?

Put the kids down for a nap. Check here real quick before doing housework while kids are sleeping. Kids now awake and just finishing reading this.

Oh well, gives the wife something to do when she gets home.

During. 20 day grade means the cards are out of my possession for a full 5 to 6 weeks (from the time I send them to Mike, to the time Mike sends them back to me).

So while they we're being graded at Beckett, this happened.

I've dealt with him several times and we always send gift to each other and I never had any problems so like Needschapmans there was no reason to doubt. Before reading this thread I would've sent him $300 gift in a heartbeat again if he found me another Mitch Nay Red Auto (or whatever).

Wow. I bought a lot off of him locally. Always thought it was weird seeing a young kid with a whole bunch of big money cards. He often had an adult with him at his booths, maybe it's his dad or something that helps him bankroll his endeavors.

I think he's 20. Junior year at Illinois State starts up in a few weeks if I'm not mistaken (might be 21).

Well, at least he has his youth going for him. In the unlikely case he gets prosecuted, he'll get off easy.

Zero chance he gets prosecuted. Worst thing that will happen is that he's banned from BO.

Prosecuted? For what? Writing on a card? No LE Agency in the country would bother with this. Unless this is just the tip of the iceberg, nothing will come of this except perhaps a ban.
