A few Ohtanis have been listed.

I don’t think people are opening the Megas tbh. They’re proving to be trash compared to the hobby boxes. To my knowledge none have even hit an auto which was advertised as being possible.

There's no mention of # cards in Megas on Topps' product page but there's a TY video of Mega opening and they hit a base /10.

Topps really screwed this one.

Anyone see a base 1/1 hit from a Release Day box or are those 1/1s still in pre-order boxes?

In the grand scheme of things, 7k boxes made total is nothing for a release.

Thats 3k less than a Sapphire product.

Ripped a second (pre-order) box and it was SWEET!

Initially thought I hit a full color #1/1 (Torkelson) but it was an orange #/5.

Very happy with my Ohtani pulls (purple /25, base and FR insert), Witt SP and Chourio auto (usually, my autos are pretty weak).

3 of my confirmed release boxes showed up. I got a Golden Hour and 2 autos! in each box. Zero numbered parallels. Some packs also had two inserts. So they appear more insert heavy as well. Also loaded with the Topps Vault high number SPs. In 3 boxes I got 11 of them.

GHs were Gunnar, Jacob Wilson, and Trout. Autos were Bivens, Doc Gooden, Nick Yorke, Riley Greene, Arraez, and Angel Martinez.

Super mid autos.

SPs were Skubal, Campbell, and Crews.

Yes, the Allen and Ginter wood minis were mentioned before as well.

However, in this situation, most all black and white cards were released, just not in an equally distributed fashion.

Those who opened all their preorder boxes are justified in complaining.

However, the majority of people who purchased these boxes did so with the intention to flip, so zero sympathy there. Besides, their boxes are indistinguishable from the first day release boxes, so no damage done to them.

I've offered to buy any boxes people wanted to sell at original cost if they were that upset with "mispack" of these cards....and shockingly no takers. Guess no one is that upset.

Your GHs were pretty good. Yeah, unfortunately not the greatest auto names (though Doc is a cool one to hit).

Sucks that there weren't any numbered parallels though.

Check the production date on the inside of the box, I wonder if that's different

Supposedly Topps sent out the following email for 2025-26 TC Mega BKB Boxes.

Dear Topps Collector,

We are reaching out to provide you with additional information regarding the 2025-26 Topps Chrome® Basketball – Mega Box.

The box states “Chase Exclusive Blue X-Fractors.” Unfortunately, this is a print error on the packaging. While Blue X-Fractors are not included in this product, base X-Fractors are available. This information is accurately reflected on the odds page on Topps.com.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Thank you for your continued support.
