Well that’s one person from a delivery of 9/29 that just got their box opened it seems. This is officially at 8 weeks since it was delivered now and they haven’t touched mine yet. It’ll be a miracle if it updates this week. And yeah, I’ll fully expect it to have an estimated completion of march 2026, another 3 months.

I have three orders at PSA right now, the first of which is a TCG submission. It made it to Assembly and has been sitting there for the past two weeks while two sports orders that were three weeks behind it have passed it up and made it to QA. I don't know if TCG is running slower due to volume or what, but I'm eagerly checking for upcharge emails.

Learned something new today from PSA....
My dual order was dropped off in person at a PSA event in July, and its on day 79 and just entered QA. I called to get some insight on the order, the explained and then emailed this

"Dual Value Bulk order#xxxx was entered on 8/5. For this service level, the estimated processing time is 75 business days. The order is currently on the 79 calendar/business day.

Although it has exceeded the estimated turnaround time, PSA allows for a grace period of 25 business days. If it exceeds that and does not show recent movement, we escalate this to the team.


Please continue to monitor this order to see if there is any further progress. If no movement is made by 12/30, please follow up with us. We appreciate your patience at this time."


So, if PSA is over the estimated turnaround times, you need to wait 5 weeks before they will internally escalate. I asked if there is any compensation if that window is missed and i was told i could request a voucher but its just a request. It was wild to hear them say "its on day 79 out of 75 but we are still in the 5 week window" i thought the original 75 days was the estimated window. They did also say my cards hit the first part of QA which has multiple parts and would like time to complete each part.

I was just thinking the same thing. My sub that arrived on 26 September just when into research and ID after a phone call, a few emails, and a few weeks more of waiting.

I asked the AI "what's the date 95 business days from 26 September" and the answer is 6 Feb. But their estimate says 16 Feb. My first thought is that that are accounting for holidays and maybe corporate training or whatever days.

I want to make some comparison analogy but it's not worth it. They are just bogged down. It is what it is until they get less cards and have to scale back operations. Pros and cons to relatively good economic times.

People need to be better at evaluating cards. PSA isn't perfect, but in general people need to better evaluate cards.

Most of the grades were as expected. Except for my '98 Fractal Materials Z-Axis #/20. They gave it a 3 VERY GOOD. Mind you these cards are made of WOOD and have rounded edges. Apparently all cards are judged against 2025 Pokemon card stock conditions, I don't get it. Also got a N4 Questionable Authenticity on a '98 Flair Showcase Legacy #/100, must be a backdoored version and I didn't know?

Got 2 offers out of 8 graded cards, I accepted one because the card got a 7 and I acquired a 9 during the 2.5 months since sending this one in (hoped for an 8). The offer seemed good considering previous raw sales.

I have had 2 orders in Completing-shipping soon since 11/21. This is now 12/1. I have never had orders take this long to ship since they popped. One order is TCG and one is Sports, so that has nothing to do with it. I was going to call and see what the hold up is, but why bother to even hear the bs? I also have a gamestop order that popped early last week and is still sitting there. Tough times all around.

Ouch. You'll wait that long then have to worry about whether they damaged your cards or grade them low so you have to resub them.
