Just Standard Value, 45 business day level. Estimated completion day is 11/25 so haven't hit that yet. Just never seen QA checks take this long.

Currently at 4 weeks and 4 days since I dropped 2 bulk orders off at a card shop drop-off event and neither have even been entered. Anyone else experience the same? Was at Mint Memorabilia in Lake Zurich, IL.

A little shocked that an order received in October is already in assembly.
Meanwhile my value and value bulk orders were in order prep 9/30, and just today (11/19) went into research and ID. To see multiple value bulk orders of yours spend 10-20 days between order prep and research ID is ridiculous (but obviously great for you).

Screw PSA. Total clown show.

My value order had the exact same movement on those 2 dates. I had bulk orders go faster. Maybe the rest will go faster.

Doesn’t make any sense. It’s the first time I’ve sent 2 orders together (with different service levels) so maybe that is to blame.

Regardless, very frustrating to see psa back to the current state of delays that they are in.

Just got grades form a 9/25 GameStop submission for 1961 Topps baseball cards. 8/23 cards were labeled N6 and not graded. Of course these were the highest value cards and had the best condition. That seems like an absurdly high percent to refuse grading. Should I send to SGC?

My bulk orders that went faster also were sent in with regular orders, so my thought is that those got pushed up in the queue. Another one of my bulk orders from October went to Assembly today.

direct from psa email that i just received.

"Beginning November 20, 2025, PSA will introduce updated Estimated Turnaround Times across service levels. This update strengthens our commitment to clarity and consistency, giving collectors a more complete understanding of the grading process.

Historically, Estimated Turnaround Times began once an order was unboxed under supervision and itemized. Going forward, they will begin the moment your order arrives at a PSA facility. You may notice longer estimates as a result, but nothing about our process is slowing down. This change simply provides a more accurate view of the time your items spend with PSA, helping you plan your collecting, trading, and selling decisions with greater confidence."

i think they got tired of people (like me) calling them during the two month lag period it was taking to open orders. Bulk is now at 95 days

They must be implementing it at 11:59pm as my orders still just show arrived with no estimated date.

32 card value bulk order been in QA Checks for over a week, haven't received an upcharge e-mail so not sure how long it takes to get that if that's the hold up.

I have done PSA drop offs when they were at CardsHQ in Atlanta, twice. Both times it has taken then about this long before they got to my orders. In fact i dropped off two dual orders in JULY, one just got back to me today and the other is in assembly right now, just got to assembly on Monday actually. Its business day 76 currently, so I may call tomorrow as assembly and QA are going to add time.
The direct drop offs do not help you "jump the line", as we all thought. However i do have peace of mind as i did not have to mail them in.

On the last order I sent to PSA, the Assembly phase was close to the halfway point of the total wait. They sat in QA alone for 6+ weeks.

Saw that yesterday afternoon too.

95 business days. That's about 4.5 months. IDK. It is what it is.

It's crazy they seem to have a tough time catching up with what they have but yet they keep making more deals with Game Stop and E-Bay etc to get more business.

It would be ok if the grading was good and the 10's didn't come back 8's and 9's.

Yep. I’d imagine it’s related to preparing the offers that they send.

Question—do you get offers on Game Stop orders? Or do you have to have a PSA membership to get offers? That might also account for the time differences between GS and subbing yourself as a member.

No offers on Gamestop orders. Which probably helps by a couple days but overall the PSA orders are door to door in about 2 months. Its clear that PSA prefers bulk through Gamestop.

you can sell directly to gamestop when you pick up your cards, you can see their offers by inputting the cert number on their website.

The GameStop offers are way worse than the PSA Offers that can be accepted when you send your cards to the PSA Vault.

Of course the PSA Vault is also backed up with increasing delays. PSA is such a horrible company.
