I called PSA on Thursday 6 November because that marked 6 weeks since they sent me the email on 26 September saying they have my order. I called PSA to check in on this one as it still shows QA1 at the moment with an ETA of today.

They said its currently being reviewed by the value adjustment team. Is that a normal process step now, meaning all orders go through that, or only if grading flags one of the cards in your order?

Is anyone having a problem with them shipping back to you? I got charged and order completed about 2 weeks ago, but no tracking added. Starting to get ridiculous.

strange, I got mine 4 business days after my order was completed.

I had an order finish 3 days before this one and it was shipped next business day. Starting to think maybe there is a problem.

Checked in and into Research- August 6th
Nov 10- i called and spoke to customer service, nothing promised but they said they would check.... i didn't have much hope but he was a nice guy!
Nov 11th, finished research, finished dual grading, entered assembly
nov 12 finished assembly and in QA checks!
Nov 17th- graded pop (brutal )

They are a mess right now. I had an order get marked complete with no grade reveal but half the cards got added on the pop report while the other half didn't. The next day it went back to the QA checks and a week later it was marked completed again but this time with the grade reveal. Currently being shipped back.

Grades popped today for an order I sent in late August. This was all ultra modern soccer, so presumably a single grader.

61% gem rate (27/44). This set has an average gem rate of about 40% so far, so I feel great about topping 60%. Two 6's and one 7 were kinda weird, but I'll take it.

An update to this. I just now got tracking number. Took 14 days from when they charged/completed order to actually mail the order.
