Before pulling my PSA 9 listing from eBay too (after I sold the 8), I want to mention that I also received a VERY strong offer on it (from a different buyer).

Just wanted to let ya'll know because some people dumped on Witt's cards/performance last season, but I bought both of my red inks during spring training/early season this year, and sold/received offers a lot stronger than my initial buy-ins (as well as a lot of interest).

Not to mention, such sale/interest occurred the offseason when baseball card prices generally decline as collectors/investors focus on other sports (e.g., basketball, football, etc).

Yup, people are still paying VERY strong (stronger even) for at least some of BWJ cards

Out of curiosity, I took a look at the pop reports for US100 and every parallel that has a reasonable number available has at least one graded 10 (or 9.5) except the Purple.

PSA, graded 43 with ten 9s and no 10s
CGC, none graded
BGS, graded 1 with it being an 8.5
SGC, graded 2 with an 8.5 and a 9

In fact, as near as I can tell there are only 5 purples from 2022 Update that PSA has graded a 10 across the whole release. The reason is, the purples were in the blister packaging but outside of the packs themselves, shoved between the packs and the cardboard packaging in back.

Dang man, I feel like this is becoming more and more common these days. Hopefully it makes its way back to you soon! Definitely will keep an eye out though.

Remember this one. Sorry to hear it’s still not found. Is the card itself serialized? Has PSA deactivated the cert?
