Update about the 09-10 Exquisite Bill Russell NPs 4/6 în possession of Gerald Fortier (Windy City Sports Cards):

We never arrived at one agreement for a compensation, David always tried to help me and try to talk with Gerald because the ammount he offered me was always too low comparative the value I paid back în time to buy the card!!
To better explained this situation, in 2013 period I paid about $4500 for the card and he always kept his point of wi
View, and offered me max 1k/1.2k$ compensation but I decline every single time!! I asked at the begining something like 4/4.5k$ but he always told me it was a CRAZY ammount comparative his market research price Value opinion!! Well on the last saturday I finally decided to talk again with Gerald and solve the situation one definlly time.... I asked him again, what about a compensation and pclose this unfixed situation after about 10 years of time!!
Of course he said, yeah I really wish finally close this bad situation, but hey you know my valutation is still at 1/1.2k$!!
Ahahah yes, I repleyed him I know you and you told me this in the last years, I was sure he can't change his mind so easily, so me and David already thought to take a legal step against him, but we did not started yet.
I finally decided to accept his LOW #@#@#@#@ offer and close this batte, because I finally realized he will take his responability and Karma will do the rest of course!! So the card is now release, I signed his papers and close this #@#@#@#@ for $1200.
Another pieces of this pouzzle is now fixed, but I think everybody here can easily understand why this is nox solved and not in a Jude hands right now!!!
