Got an upcharge email today for a TCG Bulk Order that was sent with a Value Plus order. The Value Plus order is still in QC...PSA gonna PSA, I guess.

Sounds like they hitting the upcharge button a lot more now, especially for TCG.

I wasn’t surprised by the upcharge, it was the fact that a bulk order with a 65 day turnaround finished before a Value Plus order with a 20 day turnaround. They both landed at PSA in the same package.

Sounds like I'm not the only one having regular/value max subs go over the estimated completion date and orders sitting in QA forever. Really thought PSA would be able to get the turnaround times down by now after the March announcement

The funny thing is with these sitting in QA, is that other bulk orders of mine that went in weeks after finished and completed before one of them sit in QA for over 30 business days.

Yeah, it seems a lot of the higher tiers are going over the turnaround times being stuck in QA. I wonder if it has to do with reviewing the orders for upcharges.

I just had then happen as well. I have a Value Plus order stuck in QA checks for 2 weeks. My TCG Bulk 65 order that arrived in the same package was shipped back today.

USPS strikes again. Shipped a priority mail small flat rate box to PSA , got scanned in on Monday and it still says “USPS is in possession.” I shipped two ground advantage packages the same day and they have movement.

Do you physically watch them get scanned at the post office or just use a drop box? Just curious. I'm sure it will update soon.
