I just had one take 11 days to complete after it was in QA2, but I'm also in another which has been in QA2 since 6/30.

Just hit 2 weeks in QA2 today. Cards popped over the weekend though so will check back in once it gets through QA2

Curious why we're not seeing updates anymore? Is it the National? Or has the PSA TAT just gotten that pathetic?

Quick Q - I assume the answer is yes, but is it possible to ship a "Grading" submission and "Consignment" submission in same package? And if so, is it just marking it correctly within the box? Is it sent to "Attn: Consignment" or "Attn: PSA Submission" ...

Yes, just mark them very very clearly within the same package

Let me preface and say none of this on PCS. They do a wonderful job but here is my rant…

I pay for 5 day PSA service. If I drop $165, it shouldn’t be on q2 on day 8. I don’t want to hear National excuses. Just get it done.

Speaking from my personal experience, PSA is taking forever to ship orders once they complete. I'm on a week since they charged me and haven't even gotten a shipping notice yet. They are also being very aggressive on upcharges. My last Express order was held in the QA stage for about a week before they hit me on an upcharge to Super Express....

I don't think PC pops them until the day before cards are in-hand. PSA is the problem, not PC.

Absolutely agree. PCS is not the issue here.

PSA is greedy but they hold all the chips, unfortunately.

If you think the wait is bad now, wait for the holiday slowdown. I generally stop sending anything to them after August/September. That stuff will definitely be a 2026 return.

I have one 15 card sports and 2 TCG, one in Assembly.

That does seem like a long time, but it's also is important to look at how long the sub has been there in total rather than by each stage. There is no set time at each stage. They are completing within the timeframe of the service level. Shoot me a PM with the sub info so we can check.

Yes - it is currently in Research and ID. The sub ID number was not in the website so that sub was not getting updates. We corrected it so everyone will receive future status changes. Apologies on that.
