1&2. As long as they are each labelled as such, you can send numerous packages for both PSA & BGS in the same parcel.
3. Once a submission is complete on the website you can specify how much added Insurance and what size package is being shipped back to you - each submission will have its own final costs. For example...a 70 card sub will cost more than a 5 card sub.
4. No printed list is necessary.

Each sub will have its own timeline since they are submitted separately, so very likely all back at different times. If you reach out to groupsubs email they can help.

Zeus nailed it here - just reiterating the importance of properly separating and labeling each sub in the package with their submission number and in the order entered on the site

^^^ Appreciate the replies. Will mail package off Wednesday (from NJ) w/ expectation to arrive by Thu or Fri, and to ship off to be graded Monday.

Soooo I was not expecting to ask this but according to the website, it says you can just list the cards as follows:

2017 Panini Optic 188 Donovan Mitchell Red Holo 28/99 ($100)
2017 Panini Optic 188 Donovan Mitchell Pink Velocity 41/79 ($150)
2017 Panini Optic 200 Markelle Fultz Black Velocity 23/25 ($30)

So that's what I did, 150+ cards in a Google Doc but now when I'm trying to copy/paste them into submission I can't and it's saying I am required to do it in the template of excel? Why didn't it say this in the "Card List Example"? Basically I've been trying for 30 minutes to copy/paste this into a Google Sheet, download it, convert to Excel etc etc but it won't go through 'cause it's not the right format. I don't even have Excel on my laptop so I can't copy/paste the info into sections even if I wanted to. What am I expected to do exactly? How do I convert a simple list of the cards into the proper template? I spent well over an hour writing all these cards down the way I thought I had to, so kind of frustrating. I'm not too tech savvy but I'll keep on trying to look this up.

Any guidance let me know.

Edit - I do have Excel on my work laptop so I tried copy/pasting my Modern Bulk order of 75+ cards into the 300+ boxes. Took an hour+ ... Was able to do this for 1 Modern order and it went through thankfully. Will do others today & next time obv I know excel format required

Yes, 8s all day on modern stuff I submitted for 10s and have received 10s on many, many times in the past. Such a poo show, PSA

On the grading page when you are going to submit cards it should say to either click "add single card" which will give a popup box to fill those details in or you can click 'import cards" to download the excel template to fill out - this useful with large subs like this. One thing to know for the excel file is that in the year column to only put a four digit year. If it is a 2020-21 card just put 2020 or it will give you an error when you try to upload back to the site.

There is also the card count only option that you would only need to enter the number of cards being sent out and we would do the identifying/make a list for only $2 more per card. Saves a ton of time.

Yup. My submission moved to R&D on 5/27, then to grading on 7/9

We will be accepting drop off for both consignment and grading while at the National. There will be a spot to check in with us for this at our booth. For grading make sure the submission is entered on the website and we can receive it when you drop off. For consignment the form is always optional, so form or not you can bring consignment and drop that off throughout the show as well.

I have some personal orders that seem to have been frozen in Q2 for more than a couple weeks, and I'm wondering if anyone here in these group subs is seeing the same thing? More importantly, can you guys get any info from PSA about what the crazy stoppage is about? Seems like finalized orders have just totally stopped, like they're short on plastic or employees or maybe both!?
