That happened to me after an upcharge. The system just adds 60 business days automatically from the update the QA/Accounting team puts in the system. I still finished by my normal time frame before the upcharge.

Still in QA Check (7/1) but just got charged like $150 more than the submission total, no upcharge email either. Weird.

Edit: called PSA and it looks like they charged me based on the new price structure despite being submitted before the price change. They’re refunding me, but man, cmon PSA

Glad to see PSA working on cutting the turnaround times down

Not that i need my cards super fast, but for flippers who grade to resell having your money tied up for 65+ days was wild

That said, PSA's eBay win > grading is super fast

Tried it out on a $2.3k win and once it was received @ PSA the grade popped a few hours later - pretty cool service

That is awesome. That said, this goes down as one of my worst subs ever. I had a 4, 5, and 6 in this sub that just can't be unless they got damaged in transit or by PSA. I'll be curious to see these when they arrive. I'm so meticulous I rarely ever have anything under a 7 unless I know it is from the start.

I just had an SGC 9 Jordan I wanted to put in a PSA slab to match the rest of my set. I was fine with a PSA 8. But the grade just popped and it's a PSA 6. I couldn't find anything on that card that would have warranted that. Makes absolutely no damn sense to drop that low. A 6 would have to be something major. So either SGC doesn't know how to grade, I can't evaluate a card, they #@#@#@#@ed up my card, or 100% pop controlling or something.

Or better yet their A.I. Grading sucks lol

They were, it's an odd email. Value going down to 45 days is the only real change.

Finally got grades posted. Must’ve gotten a happy grader, 60% gem rate with 20 out of 80 expected to get PSA 9s.

Been in QA since the 30th with July 1st eta on a value max sub.
Got an upcharge email today, couple cards bumped up so like others have mentioned they are really combing through these subs to find spots to upcharge.
I’ve sent in hundreds of cards and rarely saw upcharges years ago, now almost every sub gets one
