It amazes me how often sellers will verify that I received the card...days or even a week after I left feedback.

Just received a neutral feedback from someone - they purchased the card on January 15th (I shipped same day) and just received today March 12th. Not a single tracking update the entire time.

Surprised they did not reach out about this earlier.

So I shipped 5 cards to a buyer ESE that never arrived. The last month EBAY screwed up tracking deal. He paid all at one time, but he opened 5 cases. I have never had a buyer do that usually it is just one. When refunding is it individual and is it the same with PIP?

One PIP Claim per tracking number, but you're going to have to refund each INR Claim

You'll get a refund for everything under that tracking; just need to do it with one item.

Just got a INR that was shipped this week from a buyer who also sells. What ticks me off is they know that claiming PIP is at the 15 day make on a $1.95 free shipping card. Here is the ID to block a person like this

A buyer you may wish to block. I shipped a $2.00 card in a card saver (semi rigid) and penny sleeve via eBay Standard Envelope. Buyer confirms the card was received without damage but left me a neutral because he prefers hard top loaders instead of semi-rigid. User dj_collecting

There is some idiot at the USPS here in GA somewhere that doesn't understand the ESE. This is twice now since mid-February that I've had a full day's batch come back with postage due.

I have had so many ESE orders that were never scanned. About half of the no scans get positive feedback and the other half are refund requests. I assume that most of the no scans are delivered. I know I'm getting made whole by ebay, but frustrating that there are so many people taking advantage of a loophole to get a free card.

I don't think most claims are fraudulent, as I've had them not show up as a buyer. Some of them show up months later, meaning they were probably sitting in a tub somewhere.

I had that once when there was a fill-in at my post office and had no clue what the ESE was and returned about 30 envelopes. Fortunately he only stuck stickers on each one and I peeled them off and just drove to another town and dropped them all. All items then got delivered with no issues.

I'm betting this is what's happening. There's one person that doesn't understand the process. I'll have multiple weeks go through fine, and then BAM one full day returned out of nowhere.

I've had that happen twice in the last month as well - someone who is clueless. Whoever it is was lazy enough that they decided to sticker two or three envelopes and just rubber band all of my others together. Most of these are single card orders, so there is zero issue with them being shipped this way.

I dropped them off at the same post office and no additional problems.

Agree here. I'd say since October my incoming INR is higher than my outgoing.

A buyer of mine opened up an INR today for a card he bought on March 4th that shows as delivered on March 8th. It says I need to resolve this by March 27th, so I went to add tracking to the case, but I cant because you cant add tracking to the case since it clearly shows as delivered. I sent the buyer a note about it, but the case remains in my case area. The 3rd option is refund the buyer, abut Im not doing that since it shows as delivered. How can I make this case disappear be fore the 27th?

Don't worry about it....if it shows delivered the case will be closed in your favor.
