I don’t understand how people can’t look past such a short term movement. You should be taking these opportunities to buy more, not panic sell.

The ol’ cliche….I rather be safe than sorry. I will jump back in when I feel it is appropriate for me to. I could be wrong but I see a lot of pain coming.

NVDA dipping under $116/sh. I was adding last week in low $120s. So I guess I will continue to add today.

If you drown out all of the media/news/politics and focus on what the companies are actually doing/earning, you may think differently.

Happy to get allocated some MSTR preferred stock the other day. Adds a nice mix to the boomerfolio.

PLTR crushing it after hours… up over 20% to go over $100/sh for the first time.

Meanwhile PFE beat earnings and is trading flat. Pfizer has been languishing for awhile.

I'd wait til jan. 20, 2025 to buy. maybe a few days before. has 7 million shares outstanding and needs to raise money. they target co's defrauding the govt. this may be a flop.

has 3 million shares out, 20% owned by orbimed. low float. depends on h5n1 mutation/fear. probably needs more cash.

low float = less haters

quantum is just the "blockchain", "weed", "3d printers" of the week. a more useless version of spatial biology market wise.

I think you can tie reverse splits KALA/XCUR/NUKK together. just reverse split, get a little of extra cash from PIPE investors, then sell stock way higher on low floats/low shares outstanding. if you look on EDGAR they all have a similar type of story.

Buy ELF on the dip? It’s down 24% after hours.

You hoping for a short term bounce?

I don’t follow this name closely but profit dropped 36% and it’s been hit with a handful of downgrades this morning

Don’t see a reason to try and catch this falling knife

Yeah… looks like I snost and lost (past tense of snooze and lose) on that one. I was hoping to get in for a quick 4-5% bounce but I got cold feet.

ELF? Saw that on cnbc with shorting group person making the statement that they had inflated inventory, sales etc by hundred millions, for some time.

Price/market was reacting. That's a hard pass.

Unrelated to elf, but I dabble in bourbon and went to the abc on my lunch break. They were getting deliveries, and people were discussing the industry, talking about product being pushed out, just to get it out the door, and that Brown Forman just laid off hundreds.

BF is an ugly recent story, C-suite may have helped to make a bad situation worse for their shareholders over the past few months.

Haha, I remember seeing it at $90-$100/share and thinking I should pick up a bunch of shares.

Never did, what a missed opportunity.

This hits $100 this year. My initial cost basis was around $30. I’ve been buying it on every dip since then.
This has gotten some love since reporting last week. Initially sold off, but has gained everything back and then some.

Maybe this pre-market reversal for TSLA will actually hold this time. Been doing a lot of buying in 2025.
