You think he really benefitted that much sitting on the sidelines for a year?

The defense was always going to be there. And one could argue he's been vastly underused on offense this year. His shot attempts are extremely low, but I guess that's to be expected when you're playing alongside SGA and Jdubb.

I don't know. I like Chet. But I think Chet is closer to Paolo's level than to Wemby's.

Chet is going to end up with more rings than Wemby. In 10 years nobody is going to care about a great player on a 30 win team

Why is Wemby going to be on a 30 win team his entire career? What a dumb take.

I know it probably doesn't need to be said but here goes...OKC is at the tailend of a process SA has just started. Stockpiling picks and talent and moving forward.

They plugged Chet into a system w a MVP candidate

They are building around Wemby

30 wins would be a massive improvement over what they put on the court this year.

My statement was never comparing Czet to Slemby. It was only stating he would have won ROY handily last year if healthy.

If OKC plays like this and Chet is this version of himself, WCF are looking more realistic.

yeah, Chet's got some fight in him. I feel like it was him not backing down, after getting stuffed a few times, coming back with a big cram with a few minutes left, that really did it for okc yesterday.

It bears repeating: any melanin deprived soul brave enough to rock the pleather Jodeci jumpsuit in urban environments was built for this moment.

Richard Kiel absolutely dominant on both ends this year.

And currently leading the league in boards. Not many had that on their bingo card.
