My friend is still sick, I told her to send me a list of stuff she needs from the store. About to go pick it up and drop it at her place.

Hope you don't have to go into the uncomfortable aisle.

The dude who took got fired took it pretty well. He's not very bright. I asked him 3 times on the way to the SSO office if he needed anything from his desk before he got read out and they took his badge. That was on top of my boss asking him the same question in the conference room. Each time the answer was no.

His debrief is complete and I walked him out the building. I went up to the one helpdesk and turn in his administrator tokens and print fob. I get back to my desk and my boss walks in and asks where the dude was because he left his car keys at his desk.

Maybe he doesn’t need them anymore since you fired him and he can’t pay the car payment.

Well, I mean, you potentially just destroyed his life...sorry he couldn't be on point for you in that moment.

I would not be shocked if this response came from some members I have on ignore on this site, but I am that it came from you. Do you all of a sudden not believe in holding people accountable for their own actions? He also already had multiple performance discussions with my boss and ER. This shouldn't have been a surprise today.

Dude got himself fired for continued bad performance, the inability to do his job even after being shown how to, not showing up to work on time, and failure to notify the proper people when he was not going to be at work.

Our best systems and network administrators were asking me who interviewed him because he would never have had a hiring recommendation if they conducted the interview.

It's been a long time since I've gone to a parade, but I have two lined up this weekend. I'll probably leave early tomorrow and railfan in Cresson, PA for a few hours (1st time in forever) before heading to East Freedom, PA for the Central District Convention Parade.

Sunday is the New York State Drill Parade on Long Island.

There were SO MANY sexual assault cases we heard. Probably 1/2 dozen on kids under 10. All the scumbags were known to the family.
