I just received this email from BAM! They are having a bad week:

I'm also having a BAM issue. Bought 2 Dale Jr signed books. Got a shipping notice on the 12th. But no movement on the tracking since. Got the usual runaround email response. I don't really wanna cancel the order because I want the books. Hopefully they didn't go up in flames too haha.

Premiere Collectibles as noted in the post. The language is the same as earlier in this thread when I returned my two Alicia Keys books. I don't know if that's because I've bought many books from them over the years or if they just have good CS. I hope people who wish to return the books are given the same options.

Like before I offered to accept store credit and like before it sounds like they will just refund my money.
