It seems like I’m seeing a lot of 1/1 Supers being pulled in 2023 breaks/rips in this product and all 2023 releases.

Are we at the point where every parallel has a Super? Get your 1/5 Red Refractor, and search for the 0/5 Red Super.

Was there always Supers for the image variations? That seems new to me.

Opened a lone hobby box yesterday

Volpe aqua shimmer /199 auto
Kyle tucker true orange /25
Goldie true green /99

In the three boxes I’ve bought since release. I’ve hit a Kyle tucker parallel in each. Orange, purple /250, and idk what color it is but /350. Magenta speckle maybe? All from the same store. Nice collation haha

Shame it has a print line. The Yankee fan in me wants to keep it for pc but the collector in me thinks I should sell it. Thoughts?

If it doesn’t mean anything to have pulled it yourself, sell now and buy back in the off-season.

For the most part centering is spot on this year.

If there’s something to whine about it’s the constant crap collation!

Hard to make snap judgments off one box. I’ve had a few blasters where most of the cards are OC but the vast majority have been gradeable.

Fair enough. I think it bothers me more because of the cost this year. $25 for off center cards was bad, but you could still get 4x boxes for $100. Now, $100 gets you just two boxes (with $30 change, but still).

How is it a “print line” if it goes behind his head? I’m inclined to believe it’s where a new roll of foil paper started and not an undesirable mark on the card. An actual print line would mar the entire surface of the card all the way across.

Yes, this is true.

There are several different types of possible lines from production with chromium cards that refract light... roller marks, change lines and scratches.

But there are worse things in life, imo.

Ripped another mega. Nothing crazy but definitely solid.

7/10 xfractors were rookies, plus an Acuna so another $40!
Carroll, Volpe, Gunnar, Baty, Casas, langliers, Groshans

Plus a base ohtani….I’ve now ripped 4 blasters and 2 megas, have $240 in (hopeful) mvp credit. Did anyone redeem with BO last year? Curious if they have a limit, would love to snag some Black Friday deals with mvp credit instead of loading up the debit or credit card lol
