Once the order gets out of Research & ID, it enters Grading. During this stage, you can report errors based on the list of items they identified in your order - you'll have a list of cards on your order page, and you can click 'Report Error' on any one of them.

I wouldn't bother emailing them - just wait until it enters Grading and you'll see all the cards that they identified are in your order.

Yeah they email when they received the package and when they entered the package into the system.

Now, they are so backed up that it takes a week or so to get the "entered" email.

The brees auto 8 gade I was expecting a 7 or 8, so happy with 8. The 8 grade on the Mims Spectra I was thinking a 9 maybe, but not shocked with 8. Herbert Prizm 9 and 10 just as expected as well.

Pretty normal...your orders are on par with at least my experienced with 10 pending bulk moderns. I did have two bulk modern logged a few days earlier than yours that went to Grading several days ago...while two other orders that arrived in the same box and same researched & id date still in research & id.

i had a bulk logged 4/30 go into grading 4-5 days ago. we’re now at a point though that things won’t move linearly. just because yours was logged a week later it doesn’t necessarily mean it will move into grading a week later.
