Seeing the same. Had an Economy arrive on 1/27 and was entered on 2/2. Now have another Economy arrive on 2/9 but still not entered.

Also two bulk moderns that arrived end of March 2021 which had sat in Research/ID/Entered since May 2021 moved to Grading. That's the first bulk modern orders movement I've had from two different packages that arrived at PSA in Feb and Mar 2021 (10 total bulk orders remain).

Forgot to mention the gem rate was 63% which was pretty much as expected...2018 Topps/Bowman/Heritage chrome cards. The "9s" were cards I had not sent in 2019 when I wanted only 10s...but sent in last February as 9s value was worth submitting as I didn't think grading fees were going to remain below $15 going forward.

Economy order ($100 per) arrived 2/3 moved to qa2 2/17

Well I found one reason why my economy submission (10 cards total) has not been entered yet....the package got rejected and sent back. Someone cut an entire section of the box out, then it was re-taped very sloppily before getting back to me today. Luckily I was home when the USPS lady left it on my front porch as the weather is bad here.

At first I thought I was going to be looking at an empty box with all 10 of my cards missing. But everything was there, and the inside looked untouched as I had originally packed it. I'm fairly positive it was PSA who cut it open. I used a brand new box like they asked for, so why would they cut it open and then reject it? Or maybe someone (not PSA) went snooping but then didn't find the Michael Jordan rookie card they were looking for? I'm newer to these boards so has anyone heard of PSA rejecting a box AFTER they open it? Weird. I guess Bo doesn't know shipping yet.

Wow...based on what you described and the picture, my guess is that somehow that corner piece of your box got caught in something during the shipping process to PSA...and tore off...and then a postal employee retaped it and moved it along until it got to PSA...at which point PSA rejected the package.

thanks! when I sent that in last Februrary, I dont think it was even a $100 card. biggest surprise for sure when I saw recently what 10s go for and then I actually got a 10, biggest hit of the sub!

the herbert is like a $400? card and baker should go for similar.

I think on one of the cards I’ve subbed recently, I labeled a card incorrectly. I know at some point in the process PSA will email customers to make sure everything on the label looks correct, but I’d prefer to reach out now

My question is, for something like this would it be best use their email address or is there a better line of communication? This is the first time I’ve noticed an issue mid-process. This particular order is still in Research&ID

Once the order gets out of Research & ID, it enters Grading. During this stage, you can report errors based on the list of items they identified in your order - you'll have a list of cards on your order page, and you can click 'Report Error' on any one of them.

I wouldn't bother emailing them - just wait until it enters Grading and you'll see all the cards that they identified are in your order.

Yea, it's gone up quite a bit as Alvarez proved himself as a hitter the last year and a half!

That's the first bulk modern orders movement I've had from two different packages that arrived at PSA in Feb and Mar 2021 (10 total bulk orders remain). Forgot to mention the gem rate was 63% which was pretty much as expected...2018 Topps/Bowman/Heritage chrome cards. The "9s" were cards I had not sent in 2019 when I wanted only 10s...but sent in last February as 9s value was worth submitting as I didn't think grading fees were going to remain below $15 going forward. BoKnowsCards Member Join Date: Jan 2022 Posts: 133	Well I found one reason why my economy submission (10 cards total) has not been entered yet....the package got rejected and sent back. Someone cut an entire section of the box out, then it was re-taped very sloppily before getting back to me today. Luckily I was home when the USPS lady left it on my front porch as the weather is bad here. At first I thought I was going to be looking at an empty box with all 10 of my cards missing. But everything was there, and the inside looked untouched as I had originally packed it. I'm fairly positive it was PSA who cut it open. I used a brand new box like they asked for, so why would they cut it open and then reject it? Or maybe someone (not PSA) went snooping but then didn't find the Michael Jordan rookie card they were looking for? I'm newer to these boards so has anyone heard of PSA rejecting a box AFTER they open it? Weird. I guess Bo doesn't know shipping yet.

I know at some point in the process PSA will email customers to make sure everything on the label looks correct, but I’d prefer to reach out now My question is, for something like this would it be best use their email address or is there a better line of communication? This is the first time I’ve noticed an issue mid-process. This particular order is still in Research&ID
