Everyone has some sort of "Angle" these days to get you to think something looks like something else and start a run up. Of course people are going to be skeptical. Its natural when you have so many cons running a frenzy!

If I were a conman, as you suggest, I would supply this paper in a format where feedback cannot be given. Instead, I've thrown my paper to the wolves for everyone to see, allowing it to have anyone's voice/feedback/comments attached to it. This is the platform with the most knowledge and gatekeepers in our hobby, which is why it's posted here. BO controls the narrative, not me.

Flux Titan only uses Scope, whereas the Chronicles titan uses Scope, cracked ice, velocity, etc.

No you didnt. You dropped an idea and pushed the agenda of likeliness to an in demand popular collected set. Now you're waiting for it to catch fire and let the wind turn it into a ball of blaze.

Been around long enough to see a bunch of these. Good luck to you and your cohorts. It is likely to work. Collectors won't fall for it. Investors will because they are lemmings. Thanks OP for the breakdown. PMG values aside, these do look very similar in design. I wasn't touching Flux since the base set was so ugly. Might look into some Flux Titan.

Is the Titan uncirculated set a skipped number set? Or does every player have a Titan parallel/insert? Info. would be greatly appreciated. Btw, here are two Flux recent picks to contribute to this thread. Not Titan, but nice nonetheless....

I think the base set silvers (moonbeam, fernglow, etc)—and this goes back to Chronicles— pop in a most appealing way.

Dope cards most def but are there multiple cards of each player? Admittedly I haven’t spent much time trying to figure it out but looking at Lamelo Titan, I feel like I’ve seen two or three Titan cards with different pictures.

No. The best rookies have three variations, I have no idea why. Then some have 2 variations. The rest of the rookies have 1 (like Okongwu). I am staying away from the rookies with 3 versions. All vets and legends have 1 only.

Sheesh yeah I wanted to scoop a LaMelo but saw three different and it turned me off from persuing it further. Disappointing but it is what it is.

Btw, I enjoyed OP’’s post. The only thing I’d disagree with is Panini thoughtfully creating/rolling out this card. From everything I’ve seen and heard them speak about, Panini playing checkers, not chess.

For example, now learning that they did 3 versions for each of the top rookies shows Paninis true colors. More to spread around in FOTL boxes. Dilutes the top rookies in the set.

It just dawned on me that Panini has somehow indirectly mastered the art of viewing embellished bass through a murder hornet's optics. I may BIN a few before that institutional wildlife moolah pours in.

What do you guys value gold shimmer base at? Aesthetic preference, but I consider the Flux base design to be more compelling than the inserts, in their parallel versions.
