Josh, I’m not finding a place to request a payout. I’ve been going back and forth with Bennett and can’t figure it out. He sent me a screenshot to make sure I’m in the right place. I have no orange “request payout” tab under the payout chart like he indicated. I’ve logged in and out and tried multiple computers? Any ideas?

I’m also in 2021.36 and that one is still in Grading too, so there are a few that are lagging behind, but another older Standard of mine (2021.21) just moved to Assembly today. They’re not following any specific order, but it does look like most of the Standards from around that time are starting to move.

But my cards in 2021.49 are still in grading

I remember sending these in around Feb/March, including a couple cards for a friend.
Told him we should be happy to see the cards back by Christmas.
He thought I was joking with him...

Guys, 2021.42 (sent 2/10), 2021.49 (sent 2/15), 2021.54 (sent 2/19). That is not a big difference in dates sent. PSA doesn't go by our #'s. Those were basically all received by PSA within a week. We were sending 10,000-15,000 cards per week at that point so there were a lot of cards and orders. The #'s jump FAST.

My "earliest" still pending is a personal order sent on 9-30-20 and accepted at PC on 10-6-20....my 2022 summer should be fun!

PSA gonna send it back ungraded as cut. as in cut from the team or cut in prison.

Josh how long is it taking to list a consignment sent from a person,not in house. I have a superfractor i want to sell but I was wondering the current time frame to get it listed.

Mail going up relatively fast still. 1 card like that would probably go up the first Thursday (10 day) or Sunday (7 day) after it came in. Assuming it was a good super.

I can see how my post could be taken as complaining, didn't mean it to come off that way.

Totally know it's a waiting game, just wish PSAs process was more First In First Out. No knock on Josh & Team at all, they do their part(s) as quickly as possible.

Just how I'm wired, if the process doesn't make sense, I get anxiety

Damn, that's crazy. I'm in Standard .27 with cards that I'm pretty sure I meant to send express, so the fact that it's still stuck in grading and hasn't moved just annoys me even more because of my mistake

A little heads up, very early but a heads up. We will be closed between Christmas and New Years. It is now 10/26. That is about 7 weeks away. We will not be receiving or processing orders during that week. We will not be running consignment the week before (we may schedule some to go up that week to end when we get back). Stuff that comes back and is sent grading to consignment the next few weeks MAY not be processed until January. We have increased our output from 450 cards 4 days a week to about 600 cards 4 days a week and 350 another day so we are getting through nearly 50% more cards than prior.

We want EVERYONE to know what is going on so they can make decisions on their orders that come back that best fit their needs.
