What is the normal time between a wire ACH getting initiated and us seeing it in our accounts? I requested last Friday, money was removed off my available valence on Wednesday. Just wondering when I should expect it. Thanks!

I have no idea, I'd ask your bank. A wire and an ACH are different forms of payment, if you asked for ACH and gave us wire info (or vice versa) it is probably held up in cyber space somewhere.

My wire and ACH are the same routing... I will just call my bank. I also requested a wire and the website reflects an ACH.

Ill find out why an ACH was sent instead of a wire. Your bank will know a lot more than me unfortunately.

I kind of agree with capital on the fact that I miss seeing where other subs are. Is there any way to get a reference point on the new site? Expected 2020.437 and 2020.440 to have progressed by now but they still sit in grading. Also we're submission dates removed? It looks like they all defaulted to September 9th..

Getting that back on the site is a possibility after all the other functional stuff is added that we need.

Submission dates werent removed but they did all default to the day that they were migrated. Thats a systems issue that we can't really do anything about. What I'd say is focus on the fact that after it hits assembly it SHOULD be 2-4 weeks.

It probably didn’t really go to assembly or there was a typo in the migration file. Email me and I’ll look into it tmrw.

I just wanted to chime in and thank Josh and the rest of the PC Sportscards crew that worked so hard throughout covid and building a truly amazing website. Unfortunately all my orders are now done and just have to await till a more affordable option is available again. My stacks are ready and look forward to working sending in more!!!

They are amazing and once my last submission is done I will be in the same place you are. It would take a significant reduction in price for me to send the number of cards to PSA. The backlog killed my desire. Thanks Josh and his amazing team. Good luck to everyone who still has submissions in the que.

I received an email from PCSportscards this morning that several of my auctions ended/sold but no email that several more auctions went up for sale *shoulder shrug*

All of these are probably from right around the time we moved to the new website so we do have an issue with that. We are working through it but all orders a week or so after the website went up should be good to go.

Barely anything has moved in the prior 2 weeks. You just have to be patient. There are older orders not complete.

Standard 2021.54 just moved to Assembly today. It must have jumped the line because I have like 6 other subs that are older and still in Grading. Definitely not complaining though!
