I provided several examples of evidence, and you failed to do so. Throwing monetary value out of it, b/c of scarcity, it appears you lack to have a pulse on the market, or you have your pulse on a entirely different market, reserved for the exclusive.

Griffey? 89 UD (mass produced above what was placed in packs)
Mantle? 52 Topps DP

A few bat downs listed for 1000 graded as BIN only... can't possibly be justified as the main rookie. Not by anyone, except exclusive collectors.

The bat down, is slightly below the dugout, and standing SP's...better than pullover. but all unicorns. Until you have evidence to the contrary aside from price.

Well I’m guessing he won’t get 40 SB much less 30. With an oblique injury I can’t see them letting him loose on steals.

listen here dr lefty, the only pulse i need is the understanding that a debut rookie will never be THE rookie card to own. your argument is ludicrous and not worth entertaining. if i need to provide evidence to help you understand better, you shouldn’t be in this hobby.

Also, I really want to like that project 70 "bat down" but I just can't. I think it looks pretty terrible. Is it just me?

No the bat down project 70 is god awful to look at. Easy pass here.

BTW thanks for the Heritage Chrome Refractor...gorgeous card in person! Now I'm on the search for a 2019 Heritage Action...preferable PSA 10.
