True but its also similar to a lot of his p2020 cards. I think that's a challenge for a lot of the returning artists.

In Project 2020, Matt Taylor had a pretty orange vibe. Where he digressed from that--Ichiro, Rivera, Mattingly, Trout, etc.--actually are pretty cool. I'm unsure about "consistency " though.

Im totally cool with loose sloppy artwork, but you gotta have some gusto to it. This is just the laziest night before photoshop effort. Magicwand tool as much as he could and then just stacked some layers and toyed with opacity. DONE. Oh, and he did a paint bucket fill.

I love Action Bronson's music but I absolutely agree this Mattingly is disappointing in execution. The newest versions Photoshop have features that make it so incredibly easy to cut someone out that this amateurish effort is such an embarrassment.

Yeah I placed the order on Friday and it's already at my door 5 days later in California with it being shipped from France. Really impressed with the quick turnaround on that!

Bobby Hundreds ‘90 Griffey
Adam Thiele ‘69 Reggie
Don C ‘90 Deion

[EDIT- oh yeah, and 1994 RISK Piazza]

All the rest are random pictures on different years’ designs

FWIW (which I know is next to nothing) I expected the random and was surprised to see the Griffey and Piazza, even though they are cool, which is why my offer to TBP for the 1954 Aaron is on the table (he gets anything after the first one from me for free, cause I bet the under on 1.5 1954 aarons and he took the over without even knowing it).

BUT I hope I end up sending TPB a bunch of tasteful 1954 Aarons. Thiele should definitely do one after that Reggie. The Griffey, I didn't buy, but that's cool enough. The Don C is not for me but I can see why some people would like it.
