Agree 100%.

Just a tiny bit of color makes them fantastic!

Yeah JK5 is one I'll try to complete if things fall, or I'll just pay once this is over, but I'm done buying older cards.............for now.

Baller Ichiro sold for $1386 today. Wasn't that card around $4000?

Maybe it has to do with that.
Wait...the OP of THIS thread? He may have been called out for backing out of a deal?

The two print runs for today was the first time since card 64 Gwynn Vides where the average print run for all cards decreased. Thought that was interesting.

Anyone think both of the print runs tomorrow are less than 10k? I'm thinking 8500-9500, the buzz isn't as it was last couple of weeks and flippers have moved on for now.

I guarantee these cards won't be below $20 in future actually it will cause more demand people trying to finish their sets in the future.

Yeah one card that everyone got burned on buying 100's of them like idiots to make a quick buck. The Shore Griffey cards won't be $20 a piece in the future.

Let's talk in a few years then so I can cash in on your guaranty. There will be more than one sub-$20 card in this set and I will venture a guess we will see fire sales likely before the two year time frame is up in which 20% or more of the issued cards in this set will be below the issue price. It is good old economics of supply and demand. I am predicting the demand will wane in two years causing an excess of product and thus, reduced prices for cards that were not as well received or had higher print runs.

Won't be able to do the JK5 set because of the Williams.

Going to do the Matt Taylor run. Love his Marvel movie posters.

And Don C because he's only done 2 cards - lol

Got my Don C/Frank Thomas today. It was incredibly disappointing. The design was excellent but Topps execution didn’t do it justice. I continue to buy the 2 card bundle each day and can’t wait to have the full 400 card set. I have a few to go back and buy that I skipped early on. Now that I have most in hand or on the way I’ll definitely fill in the gaps over time.

This!

Only very few artists had fame while they were living, most didn't get recognized until after they died.

So statistically we should be buying old man alans kardd cause he has a higher probability of dying soon? Or are the triads more likely to turn baller into sashimi first. Becks probably least likely to catch the covid. Chang is asian and female will probably live forever. Ermsy in france so most likely a smoker. He Might be a dark horse for the trifecta box. Good night yall
