Lucky homerun. What's that like his 3rd of the season?

Acuna leading off is his most ideal batting position. He puts so much pressure on the pitcher to begin the game. Teams that score first win ~%70 of the team. Looks to be much more comfortable hitting lead off

Why Trout should be leading off....get your best damn hitter as many at bats that you can!!!

I am also. I pretty much like all of the young stars in the game and try to get all of their RC cards. I like Yordan Alvarez also, anything that gets people interested in the game. Young players doing great is good for the game.

But, Acuna is number one for me in terms of PC. The other guys are secondary. I am just happy that Acuna had a great day today. Go Acuna!

Well, seems like Acuna clearly reads the BO boards and I feel like I should take a little credit for today.

LOL at Acuna being the best hitter on the Braves.

Also hasn’t Trout been batting second the last few years??? I really doubt moving him up one spot in the lineup would produce many more wins. I’d always want guys like Trout batting third or fourth.

He's on pace for what...? (My numbers could be slightly off)
.290-.300 average
100 runs
34 HRs
100 RBIs
20 SBs

I'm very happy with his play this season.

Whenever he slumps, I remember two things.

1. This is baseball. A sport where you're successful at the plate if you make an out 7 of 10 times.
2. He's 21 years old. He was the fifth youngest player in the league who was on an opening day roster.

I'm not worried at all long term for both Soto and Acuna. They track to be better players, and if already they are .290/.350/.500 hitters, I can't imagine what they will do at their peaks.

I'm very happy with his play this season.
I think with him hitting lead off in that lineup he will flirt with 200 hits this year and lead the league.

He's 21 Years old. Patience will be the key for him until he really figures everything out. I'd imagine if you look at the game logs of other great players you'll see a lot of hot streaks and slumps especially during their early 20's.

That being said, former players (including HOF level players) rave about him all the time. He is one of the most overall impressive 21 year olds probably ever.

Acuna is an absolute stud, lots of fun to watch/follow, and his cards have more growth potential than anyone in the league besides Trout. Everyone enjoy the ride for the next 15 years!

Lmao “only” on pace for 34. The guy can homer for 5 straight games and drive that projection up to 70. He’s doing just fine.

Question for you connnosieurs. Anyone know what a us250 camo value is off the top? Is the general rule that camo=black pricing more or less the case for Acuna?

Camo/25 have always sold for less compared to black/67 in similar grades. Perhaps it is due to the eye appeal. The rarity (low print run) might result in Camo values surpassing the black in the future but we might never know. Good Luck.
