Sold this guy a Mahomes for $1050 before the Chiefs lost. Feeling a little sick to my stomach now.

I wasn't expecting the arrest compilation report and saw the header mugshot and just thought his prior time for moving violations hardened him up significantly.

I sold a Vladimir Guerrero Jr. auto for $885 on ebay to this guy I think...

The address is same, but the id is "cardcontractor"

125 trade ct suite 171
Mooresville, NC 28117-5545

I shipped by priority mail with signature confirmation..But it seems there are nobody to sign the package and it's been 5 days since the first delivery attempt... Based on jewcer2k5's comments, it seems like I will receive some bad news in a few days? Is there anyway to call back my card?

I'm going to do this as well. Looks like the service is $13.45 now.

Unhappy

Update - we’ll eBay basically tried to screw me left, right and center. I finally just didn’t wanna see the issue refund reminder on eBay anymore so I went to issue the refund. When I did I saw the option for partial refunds. I sent 50% of the price paid because the card has gone down about that much and it was an obvious return because of that. I noted his history and the conversations. Today I got a message that the return was closed and it didn’t mention anything about me sending more money. I guess that’s a partial win. I still have to sell the card but at least I should be able to move on w/o being down the full amount.

I just sold a 2011 Topps Update Target Red Mike Trout PSA 8.5 to Keith Koenig (blackdactor), and the SHIP TO address was exactly the same. The Target Red Trout is also a perfect trim candidate given its value and the fact that it is unnumbered. Guess I should refuse to ship and cancel the transaction now. Not sure if Keith Koenig is working with Kevin Burge, but the circumstantial evidence here is damning.

What is the tracking status on your package? Mine says No Access to Delivery Location on Jan 19th. I just called the local postal office at mooresvile NC and their supervisor says the item is actually delivered some point during this week but somehow they “missed” the final delivery scan.

I tried to have my package intercepted, but unfortunately it was delivered.
Already cancelled, refunded...relisted, and sold again! Guess I wasn't asking enough for it LOL.

Thankfully I didn't ship - just canceled the transaction. Not worth the headache.

The below posts are from earlier in this thread regarding Keith Koenig. Koenig is a business partner with Kevin Burge.

If my Mahomes is returned and altered in any way I plan on contacting the local authorities in Kevin's area. I suggest anyone in the same boat do the same.

FYI this guy bought a Luka Doncic Prizm Silver from me two weeks ago. eBay ID is cardcontractor.

By the way, his arrest record above is nuts!

Not only should local authorities be contacted if he pulls any crap with your Mahomes, but the feds as well:

Federal Bureau of Investigation Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)
U.S. Postal Inspection Service- File a Mail Fraud Complaint

Interestingly, Steven Mark Burges is Kevin's father, who apparently lives with him. Thus the name "Steven Mark, Inc." won't alert sellers who know Burges's name as to the true identity of their item's buyer.

Well, FML. I just started reading this after it was a link in the Lebron /99 thread. I posted this in the football section yesterday and it makes sense with what jewcer2k5 references. It looks as though he's trying to buy 2005 Rodgers TC refractor 9's and possibly trim the right edge if the rest of the card is gem.
