Vinny Ho is the 2nd from the right - this is not the Vinny Ho that is on Blowout
Keith Koenig is on the right - co-owner of Cardboard Gems LLC. and with Kevin at PSA.GEMS - with a history of card trimming: https://www.blowoutforums.com/showthread.php?t=498305

This info is from Kevin Burge's Facebook

What does he add here besides potentially dumping his photograph buddy Kevin’s altered cards. And trust me now that burge knows this place blew up his new scam he will go after this place. So it’s time Vinnie H takes a hike before he poses with Kevin again and rips half this place off.

You are right.

Two different people with the same name (Vinh Ho and nickname Vinny)
I found photos of both.

I will edit the photo above.

Apologies to VinnyH

Through some more research and a few conversations with folks on facebook I have basically confirmed that Steven Mark Incorporated is in fact Kevin Burge. His name on facebook includes his wife's name. His name on eBay is liliswarriors. His wife has a fund raiser started for his daughter who is unfortunately very ill at a young age.

While I am extremely empathetic for someone going through such a tough time that does not excuse or allow the behavior of abusing the eBay return policy. One of my friends who actually knows him is reaching out to him so he can make the situation right.

The card in question here is a 2005 Aaron Rodgers Refractor PSA 9. The card was graded and still is graded. Kevin claims that we did not disclose a tiny dimple on the front of the card when describing the condition of the card. We did not disclose anything with the card because it is graded a PSA 9 so we said that was the condition of the card. Obviously the dimple impacted the overall grade of the card so he bought a graded mint card in mint condition but that wasn't "good enough".

The card was purchased on 11/26 and received on 12/3. The return was opened on 12/17. In that time frame the Packers started losing and missed the playoffs. He paid 1200 for the card and then recent auctions ended around 670. Since it was still within the 30 day window, and looking at his history, he knew how to game the system.

Hopefully our mutual friend can get him to do the right thing.

Zero eveidence? Let me be very clear, Someone incorrectly said it was him. And if it was him I stand by what I said. But it isn’t thanks to someone ELSE incorrectly naming him. So I’ll assume you gave them a warning also.

But by all mean focus on my comment. If you want my information all you had to do is ask. I’m not concerned with you having it what so ever.

You accused him based on a photo of someone standing next to a person accused of wrongdoing. If that is the direction these forums are going in 2019, it ends here.

You wanted him kicked off the forum for some made up actions you imagined he would/could make.

What I want is irrelevant as I am just a person posting here. However assuming or imagining as you put it that someone associated with the hobby’s biggest slimeball would know about his actions or maybe even is involved isn’t that far off, it’s not like it’s a secret.

But once again someone else made a false/incorrect accusation and what I said is what he could do and why they shouldn’t be allowed here. So yeah I apologize for listening to another members incorrect accusation. However I think we can agree that Kevin burge and his posse shouldn’t be allowed on a board that deals in cards. And in the end that’s all I was saying. Your point was made, I get it.

I didn't make an accusation. I incorrectly labeled a man in a photograph that shares the exact name as a Blowout member. The man in the photo was tagged Vinny Ho by Kevin Burge's wife. It's just not the BO VinnyH.

It was an honest mistake between two men with identical names who both are card collectors.

Researching isn't easy or always cut and dried.

Kevin Victoria Burge on Facebook

Known current eBay names:

liliswarriors
psa.gems

Kevin - Oh hello. Sorry about the delay in opening the dispute however I try to only buy from people that have/offer return policies because of the system I have in place to open the mail/review the card takes about 2-3 weeks.
Is there a problem with the return or something?

Me - You aren't sorry...The card was graded a 9 and it is still a 9, you are taking advantage of ebays return policy. The card was exactly as described
This is fraud and scamming to a point. If the card went up in value would you have returned it? No, you magically returned it right after one ended at 675. It is complete buyers remorse and a #@#@#@#@#@#@#@#@ move

Kevin - If you are going to complain about returns why do you offer a return policy?
Sorry you feel this way however I do not operate like that. I understand your frustration.

Me - whether or not there is a policy, you can buy anything and return it when you lie and say its not as described. Why did you lie and say it wasn't as described?

Kevin - I felt the card was over graded and not mint. That’s why I marked it as not as described. Would you of liked me to mark the return for some other reason?

Me - Id like you to have kept the card as you purchased and not return it lying about the reason for the return. You know any other reason would've gone through an actual return process. You've perfected this scam
and you seem to have no problem with it, which is even worse
can you please tell me all of your ebay names so I can go ahead and block you from doing any business with me in the future?
i realize that I am screwed as the seller because of buyers like you but Id like to protect myself in the future, thanks in advance

Kevin - A simple way to not have issues like this moving forward, with me or other ebayers, is not to offer a return policy on your items. Why would you offer a return policy and reach out to complain to a customer when they use the service you offer? That sounds like fraud to me and sounds like you are the one that is lying and completely comfortable offering something you have no intentions of honoring.

Me - If there is an actual issue with the item I have no problem honoring a return. When someone blatantly lies and has a proven history of that action I have an issue. Hiding behind multiple ebay names is another one of the giveaways. I get my cards graded to avoid issues like this. We both know what you did, please provide me the other names you use so that I can block them as well.
and, again, even if you don't offer returns when someone says "not as described" it overrules that. You already knew that though
can you please just send me the toher names so we can end this conversation and I can protect myself? Is that a difficult request to fulfill?

Weird, no reply yet on his other names. I don't expect one but I will figure more out.

Houdini, Thank you for taking a stand!

From a son who's mom was to be sent to a concentration camp at the age of 5, because her Opa didn't believe in Hitlers actions. Don't Blackball! There is no perfect person and if this Kevin Burge is the person who is doing the wrong, then keep it on Burge not a bystander.

To speculate about a person being in a picture with another and the assuming he may be doing the same cr@p is wrong. Many people become misguided by greed and selfishness. Glad Houdini is keeping the info only on Burge.

Burge should pay back for his misdoings. Hope he changes and gets that we are all in this thing called life together.
