After Fridays game:

Mike Foltynewicz struck out nine over five innings today, becoming the first Braves pitcher to finish a season with 200+ strikeouts and an opponent batting average below .200.

Glavine, Smoltz, Maddux, Niekro and Spahn never did so with the Braves.

It's very possible. Max regressed in 2011 (his age-27 season) after a solid 2010. I can only hope Folty's final 2019 numbers resemble Scherzer's 2011 season (4.43 ERA, 1.34 WHIP, 8 K/9).
