Seceeding is actually unconstitutional, and barring an amendment, would require a war.

Redrawing a state, involves getting a certain percentage of approval from the legislatures of the states involved, and congress. The percentage requirement is likely so high, it'd never be obtainable.

So CNN has resorted to showing these few protests in various cities in hopes of stirring them up and inciting violence and looting ? Sad but not unexpected really

Also notice that 99% of the people out there are young people likely age 28 and under who woke up to the reality that they are now going to actually have to get off their asses and work. Nothing more funny than watching overgrown children throw a tantrum.
