Silly me. I forgot that I'm supposed to love everything the WWE tells me to. How dare I not think he's the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Reports are saying they knew before the 3 way was made. That makes zero sense to me. Why book the match if you knew he would be suspended? I mean he will be back before Battleground, but how can you give Reigns the match still? I'd push it back till SummerSlam to send him a messasge.

They've never been fair in that regards. It's ridiculous. Top stars get special leniency. Mid guys would get jobbed out the next 6 months.

Nobody is saying you have to like him. Theres plenty of wrestlers I don't like, but I feel like someone like you doesn't give credit when its due. You can hate a sports team for example, but if they win the title you can't just say "LOL they suck they don't deserve it". Granted it sports, but you get the idea. Blind hate is just blind hate.

Is it blind hate? Sports team comparison is horrible by the way. I hate the Cavs but respect what they did. Apples and oranges.

I gave my reasons for disliking him many times. Lack of charisma, boring move set, lame finisher, mediocre on the mic, etc. How is this blind hate? I do not think he earned his position but was gifted it by Vince. (The same Vince who pushed Khali btw)

A better comparison would be if a certain movie star kept getting lead roles but failed to bring box office numbers. That actor or actress may have good looks, but not the chops for lead spots. These types belong in supporting roles.

These are my opinions. It is not blind hate as you say. I don't force my opinions on others, simply express them giving examples.

I am not going to beat a dead horse on the reason why I don't care for Reigns since it has been covered well by those that have the same reasons as myself, so I will leave that as is. As for the Wellness Policy situation, I don't care who you are, that is just uncalled for to me. I mean, you know what is banned and if you are not sure about something, take responsibilty and ask those in the WWE that would know if something is OK to take or not. The whole "I didn't know" or " I made a mistake, my bad" just does not cut it for me. But he's so busy and has no time to take those extra precautions??? If you care about your job you take those extra precautions, just my thought. Suffice it to say, I won't miss him on TV. I'd even go further with the suspension and take him out of the triple threat at Battleground too, but we know that probably won't happen.

It'll be really interesting to see how they continue to promote the main event. They typically don't mention suspensions on the show, and if they do, it's like one update and then move on. If they intend to keep him in the main event, how are they going to account for the fact that he's not around during the entire build up?

Reigns isnt "trash" or anything that level..but hes average in the ring and average on the mic at best. The only thing that stands out about him right now, is his look.

Ive actually given him credit where its due...he is IMPROVING; but still nowhere NEAR the quality level that has deserved his push "down our throats".

you mention nobody would say anything about Cesaros mic skills..

you know why? because he has already been criticized for it, and still is..and rightfully so...everyone KNOWS you wont get a 5 star promo from Cesaro...but do you know what they do KNOW they will get? a 5 star match in the ring..the most important factor...

same for AJ...and yes in case you havent been paying attention..his promos have actually been improving, but is obvious his glaring weakness..but again..you know what you get with him? 5 star matches on a nightly basis

same can be said with wrestlers who give quality to 5 star promos...they dont have to be elite in the ring to get over and be worth it either.

but you damn sure cant be just average at both and expect to be the main attraction

All kidding aside, your argument is totally on point. Again, I don't think Roman is a superstar headliner either. However, it's my opinion that the heat he gets from fans is undeserved and many are just piling on because it's the "cool" thing to do.

Plus, WWE pushes PLENTY of guys down the fans' throats. Look at AJ Styles. The guy main evented back-to-back PPVs with less than 6 months in WWE under his belt. Then we had the patently overhyped "match everyone's been waiting for for 15 years" which I'm pretty sure no one thought about, because they either (a) hated Cena and wouldn't care if Styles fought him in the first place, or (b) didn't keep up with the indie circuit and didn't even know who AJ Styles was. Sure, he paid his dues in the indie circuit and developed a loyal following, but was anyone complaining that he was getting unfairly pushed over more established and deserving WWE vets?

I guess what I'm trying to say is: the criticism of Reigns is completely fair and justified. I just find the volume of it and the vitriol with which it's presented to be over the top.
