It just seems weird that seller doesn't grade their cards. I would be careful that the photo matches the card.

I would have no reservations about bidding on this stuff. If I could afford it!

He was pretty straight forward with this PSA MINSIZERQ Hank Aaron with a photo of the psa labeling. He's obviously grades cards or co-signs for people that do. Always a little iffy buying vintage from someone who grades cards to. Looks like he has his own grading system from his feedback. Superb, Gorgeous, Outstanding, and PHENOMENAL.

I've never seen that designation on a psa grade before....what does it mean?

When PSA says it's to small ,but came from that factory that way. I guess a nice way of saying they don't think you trimmed it.

He listed this 57 Mantle as " Altered " so who knows.

I would be very concerned with them being trimmed.

I hate to see stuff like that and getting the MINSIZERQ from PSA shows that he is very good at trimming cards.

Where is there any proof of them having trimmed cards?

It's nice to see these cards, but I don't believe that they are all legit (e.g. evidence of trimming, etc.). Looking back at all the previous auctions, how could they have all of these highly-coveted, beautiful cards selling for low prices. Something does not add up.

This is a really helpful post. If you know more about the seller than the rest of us, why don't you say, instead of 'lolling' about it?

From the little bit of #research I've done, it would appear that this seller buys graded, cracks them out, then resells at a profit.

The Ryan RC looks trimmed. Look at the back scan, left edge.

I'm parroting.

Why are you singling me out?

Cards and prices appear too good to be true.

That should say enough.

the grading process is a scam in itself too anyway. They charge too much for an invented authority on card conditions.

the internet hasnt made this hobby more convenient, its made it more untrustworthy. Every other thread is ..card tampering, lying, he cut off the case break,he didnt bid punctually on the case break, he pulled the card,he bid on his own card....

Basically they buy nice looking low grades versions of cards (eg psa 4 with great eye appeal), crack them out and sell them raw to people that think they will grade highly. Could be a surface wrinkle or something else that isn't very obvious but pretty
Ouch guaranteed nothing will grade highly from everything I've ever read about them.
