Was wondering who would want him given this Hawks roster is tailor-made to cover up his deficiencies and it still didn’t work. Toronto/Milwaukee/Minnesota fit the desperation profile. Suns have wildcard Ishbia. Jazz/Kings/Wizards/Nets fit the bottom dwellers with cap space to rent. Sounds like it’ll be one of the last group for half a year/buyout, then he signs a much-less-than-max deal someplace else. We may have entered the D’lo journeyman stages of Trae’s career.

It was working. It's just unfortunate that Porzingis' POTS was supposedly under control and turns out it isn't. Trae, JJ and KP played all of 42 minutes together. Trae, NAW and KP played 18 minutes together and held a +18 net rating.
It sucks that KP's health was such a make-or-break situation, but here we are. It coincided with Trae's unhealthiest season and Coach Snyder's losing the clubhouse and that's all she wrote. I don't blame Trae for asking out when ownership is balking at extending him. Anything to save the billionaires' bottom line. I won't be going to any more games until Ressler sells the team.
