I don’t know. This feels like posturing. He only has 1 year left on his deal. What this tells me is that his next team probably won’t be the one he signs a new long-term deal with.

Was wondering who would want him given this Hawks roster is tailor-made to cover up his deficiencies and it still didn’t work. Toronto/Milwaukee/Minnesota fit the desperation profile. Suns have wildcard Ishbia. Jazz/Kings/Wizards/Nets fit the bottom dwellers with cap space to rent. Sounds like it’ll be one of the last group for half a year/buyout, then he signs a much-less-than-max deal someplace else. We may have entered the D’lo journeyman stages of Trae’s career.

It’s almost like Josh Hart is crucial to their identity/playing style, and Mike Brown was an idiot to bench him to start the season when they were also losing games.

Typical Sixers team once again this year. They can beat anyone any given night with the talent they have, but they lose to a Nuggets team minus Jokic, Murray, and Gordon. Up 1 and Embiid shoots a 3, complete head shaker. I know the era of driving to the basket is basically over, but come on!
