I bought this card last month on ebay, it went through the Authentication and then was sent to me, a few weeks later I sent it into grading.
What should I do here?
The photos on the original ebay listing and the preview photos on PSA's website look the same. Its the same dang card. PSA must have missed something during the original raw authentication (over $250) process?

Disaster in the making. I also sent in a Mahomes Knight’s Templar parallel but they labeled it as a Shining Armor (they never upcharged me) so that’s wrong or I’m wrong and I had a Shining Armor this whole time? This all happened today, they haven’t contacted me yet about the other card. I feel like sending in a generic support ticket will put me in a line. They also pushed the completion 2 or 3 weeks.
