Arrived: 3/31/2025
Assembly: 4/15/2025

Sent this order with an express, so I guess why this moved pretty fast.

9's: 4

7's: 2
6: 1

Big cards got 9s and a 7. They really hate 2024 Prizm football right now.

Comical how much faster it is at Gamestop. Once it hits "arrived," it blazes through the remaining steps. My last GS order went from R&ID to Picked up in 11 calendar days. Expecting my GS to be back in my hands before my direct submission goes into grading.

Can anyone help explain what the monthly special is for Autographed Card Encspsulation Special?

I click the link and it takes me to a page with a manual form to fill out.

A) there isn’t a more automatic process for this, similar to getting cards graded?

B) if not, if a player has an authentication fee of $35, would I then manually put in $17.99 in Column A of the form?

Reason I’m asking is I have a bunch of cards hand signed by players, would love to get these authenticated and encased

Yeah, I agree. Seems that if you send a higher level service along sub with the bulk sub, it goes faster for the bulk sub. Definitely one of those things I wish I would have known before sending two separate bulk subs in.....

My guess is that PSA can tell right away when a package gets to their receiving department whether it's from a Gamestop or a personal one. The Gamestop packages go into a different pile that should be smaller than the everything else pile. For non Gamestop sent packages, they go into that everything else pile.

Also, TCG cards in general require less time overall in the grading process as well. So TCG cards submitted through Gamestop will get through the whole process much faster vs say sports cards submitted on an individual basis. TCG is easy money for PSA timewise vs grading sports cards...that's why PSA is removing as many obstacles as possible to get any/all TCG cards submitted to them in case that market takes a down turn somewhere down the road.

I'm still waiting on my sub to get into grading too. In my sub, I have a number of cards that haven't had comp sales in over 10 years, or only one sale, and I'm wondering if there aren't a lot of comps to compare prices to and the card could possibly sell for more than 500 if they are sitting on it trying to decide if they're going to upcharge or not. I'm dreading seeing an upcharge email, since if one of the cards is going to be upcharged, then they'll probably upcharge at least 3 others in my sub. Just hope that the dearth of comps works in my favor and if I get an upcharge it's only the one that I'm fairly certain will be bumped up at least one level.

There's hope for mine, then! Although, mine was accepted and in R&ID days before yours... Hopefully that means that they'll grading in the next day or so.

Honestly, I think it’s just as simple as they haven’t got to it yet. I don’t think the consider up charges unless it’s blatantly obvious, like throwing in a Caitlin Clark auto in a bulk sub.

Yup simple trick to get your orders processed and taken care of quicker. I've never done it but now wishing I had.

LOL, that's true, just ready for that sub to actually move to the next stage, which I'm sure you are for yours as well. I hate the "hurry up and wait" game, and it seems that everything I have going on personally right now is like that at the moment!

Cards are now graded but one came back "N6: MINIMUM SIZE REQUIREMENT"

I bought this card last month on ebay, it went through the Authentication and then was sent to me, a few weeks later I sent it into grading.

What should I do here?

The photos on the original ebay listing and the preview photos on PSA's website look the same. Its the same dang card. PSA must have missed something during the original raw authentication (over $250) process?

By chance is it serial numbered?

No it was this card.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/13552501884...Bk9SR6bvqvnUZQ

the best offer was below $250 but since the original price was above $250 it still sends it to the authenticator.

Not a 10 but not a bad card or beat up, a normal looking card, there are many like that with the same off-centering. That off-centering is common and others currently on ebay have similar off-centering. I mention that because I don't think its trimmed.

You should be able to contact them and explain the situation. I would make a fuss that either they grade it this time for free, or give you some compensation for authenticating it and then turning around and saying it was altered. Whichever way it goes, they're at fault for the situation.
