Looks like 26 cards in set and all are /100.

All of the above mentioned cards do exist but NOT the Kopitar/Smyth card.

Just like MM, TW, BR etc. cards, sigs, mfg's have to go thru the Estate to obtain approval/monies to produce new cards after death. It don't come free.
