That's it. The company noticed the card boom during covid and wanted to make some moolah. They look horrible even though I have seen some cool swatches. A lot of cards got ruined, however.

STRETCH! I stretch for 5-6 minutes after every run. Calves, quads, hamstrings. 30 seconds each part. The foam roller helps as well.
