What an embarrassment to the phrase "customer service". I can't imagine in my wildest dreams being so unresponsive to my customers. (okay, not trying to turn this into bash UD thread, sorry) I've listed everything I've got pending should someone suggest a mass-redemption swap, or something along those lines. Should I just sit on my hands and continue to wait? Kobe is done signing for them. If they make the card it will have a sticker on it.
Personally I would call them up and negotiate a real nice replacement for all the stuff they owe you. Sure they would really love another guerrilla PR set of posts how they hooked you up.

Here is my advice:
Go to the BBB website and spend 10 minutes filling out the form. Next... wait for Upper Deck to contact YOU. Then haggle. I don't know what you think your time is worth?

I filed a complaint with the BBB. I got a call from Nick at Upper Deck a few weeks later, and then received my replacements a few weeks after that. I would suggest this route.
